Did you know WKU hired Ben Wolgamot as an assistant coach (hitting)?
WKU Baseball head coach John Pawlowski announced the hiring of assistant coach Ben Wolgamot to the Hilltopper staff on Thursday morning. Wolgamot comes to The Hill from Valparaiso University, where he had been an assistant coach since 2013.

Welcome to Throw90 Baseball Camps at Western Kentucky University! Our camps and clinics focus on the development and improvement of your skills as a baseball player. Our camps are highly instructional and will serve all ages and skill sets.

Our baseball camps in Bowling Green, Kentucky range in age and we should have a program to fit your needs. Each of our camp sessions are open to any and all individuals restricted only by age and gender. Description

Pro style workout, skills assessment, games! Registration is limited to 100 participants for each session and is open to any and all entrants on a first come first served basis. No metal cleats, turf shoes only. Demonstrate your skills at Nick Denes Field to Coach Pawlowski and the WKU baseball coaching staff!

 

This camp is open to all 9th - 12th graders on a first-come first-served basis, and is limited to the first 100 who register. 

 

Session 1: Morning

07:30am .................... Morning Group Check in

08:15am .................... Coach Pawlowski Introduction

08:30am - 10:00am ... Stretch/Showcase/Batting Practice

10:15am - 01:20pm ... Live Scrimmage

 

Session 2: Afternoon

12:30pm ..................... Check In

01:00pm ..................... Coach Pawlowski Introduction

01:15pm - 02:45pm ... Stretch/Showcase/Batting Practice

03:00pm - 06:00pm ... Live Scrimmage

 

Note
Each session serves as its own separate camp and costs $150 per player. Players are required to designate a primary position, those who would like to also play a secondary position are encouraged to sign up for both sessions as time will only allow for one position each session.  The cost for both sessions is $300.

 

Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. NO Metal Cleats Allowed

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this event there are absolutely no refunds.
