Atlantic Coast Youth Developmental Day Camp
Location: UVa-Davenport Field, Charlottesville, VA
Monday, June 30, 2014 to Thursday, July 3, 2014
Starts: 9:00am / Ends: 4:00pm
Our knowledgeable and energetic staff will provide proper instruction and drills to enhance the skill level of each player.
Campers will be instructed in fundamentals including: hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, catching, base running, bunting, cut-offs & relays, rundowns and sliding. Games will be played to emphasize the techniques learned in daily instruction.
The camp will use both Davenport Field and The Park on North Grounds.

Monday - Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Players will be grouped by age.

What to bring:
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. The University of Virginia Baseball Program and Atlantic Coast Camps will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way of communication. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the email address provided during the registration process.

Camp check in will be Monday morning from 8:00-9:00 am at The Park on North Grounds. An introduction will promptly follow.
Players will need to bring a bagged lunch each day. Water will be provided at the field each day.
This is a day camp only. No overnight option available. Our host hotel is the Hampton Inn, they can be contacted at 434-978-7888.
After receipt of application, refunds will be given if a player is unable to attend due to accident or injury. The refund will be full with the exception of $100, which is needed to cover prepaid costs. If the refund is requested within 7 days of the camp, the player will be refunded in full with credit toward a future camp. Scheduling conflicts are not cause for refunds.
