USF Baseball Camps

USF Baseball Camps and Clinics at the University of South Florida are dedicated to providing baseball camps that are both instructional and informational along with creating a great atmosphere to learn!

The coaching staff at USF take pride in teaching the sport of baseball to players of all ages and ability levels. The mechanics and drills that are taught at our camps are used with our college players. We are determined to provide the best possible learning experience for our campers.

USF Baseball Spring Hitting Academy (Session 2)

Camp Description

The USF Baseball Spring Hitting Academy is designed to help young baseball players improve on their hitting skills through various drills and games. Participants will receive instruction and participate in drill work at the beginning of each session. The second half of each session is reserved for live hitting and various games. The last hitting session will be live on the field at the USF Baseball Stadium under the lights!

 

General Information

 

Cost is $175.00 Per Session or $500 for ALL 3 Sessions

5:30pm 6:30 pm      Minor League (Elementary/Middle School)  

7:00 pm 8:00 pm     Major League (High School)

 

Dates

All Sessions will take place on Sundays following the USF Baseball Game unless otherwise noted

Session #2 ... March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

 

 

What to Bring

All campers must bring their own bat and glove. Please bring turf shoes or tennis shoes to hit in. Helmets will be provided if needed.

 

Spectators Attendance
Parents, families and friends are welcome to watch the daily activities in the stands or down the fence lines. Observers may not enter the field or cage area at any time. We kindly ask that you not give personal instruction to campers during camp to eliminate confusion.

Camp Waiver Information 

Each camper must complete our camp waiver form before they are allowed to participate. This will serve as your registration when you check-in.

The camps will take place at the USF Baseball Stadium, located on the main campus of the University of South Florida.

Parking Information

Parents whether dropping children off or staying for the session must park on the street behind the right field fence (Sycamore Drive). Those who park in the USF Sun Dome parking lot are subject to ticketing and/or being towed.

USF gear will be available for purchase at the camp store.

 

Miscellaneous Information

Refund Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel a camp you will be credited with admission to another USF Baseball hitting session. No refunds will be given unless notified at least a week in advance.

 

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way to communicate. Any additional information that we may need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on via email that you provide when you sign up.

 

University of South Florida baseball camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants, in accordance with NCAA camps and clinic legislation (limited only, by number, age, grade level, and/or gender).
