Camp Description

 

The fundamentals of hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running will be emphasized through daily drills, lectures, batting cage sessions, and demonstrations.

Coaches provide encouragement while concentrating on group instruction and position training. All campers can be assured of an equal amount of playing time during regularly scheduled camp games with teammates of their age and skill level. Focus is on teaching competitive strategies to make each camper a better all-around player.

Equipment:
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, batting gloves, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Please mark camper's names on all items. The camp is not responsible for lost belongings.

Torero Baseball Camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants, in accordance with the NCAA camps and clinics legislation (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
