UNM Houston Satellite Camp

Location: Alvin Community College- Alvin, TX
Saturday, October 14, 2017 to Sunday, October 15, 2017
Starts: 9:00am / Ends: 6:00pm
The University of New Mexico Baseball will be traveling to Alvin Community College to conduct a Satellite High School Prospect Camp.
This camp will give players an opportunity to receive instruction and evaluation from the University of New Mexico coaching staff, as well as one of the top junior colleges in the state of Texas. Additionally parents will have the opportunity to partake in a recruitment process talk, as well as ask questions about the recruiting process to UNM coaching staff members. Players will go through a pro style workout in the morning before taking a break for lunch.
After lunch players will be broken up into teams and play a controlled scrimmage against one another. Pitchers will be held to pitch counts and position players will be given an opportunity to play different defensive positions and take live at-bats off pitchers. Camp evaluations will be emailed to each player upon the completion of camp.
This is a one day event. Participants will either be assigned to either Saturday October 14th or Sunday October 15th dependent upon team availability.
Cost/Times: 9:00am-6:00pm Each Day
$150.00 ... Attend as a Position Player
$100.00 ... Attend as a Pitcher Only
Tennis / Turf Shoes, Glove, Bat, Cleats, Helmet, Catchers Gear, etc.
Lobo Baseball Camps are open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
Lobo Baseball Camps are operated as independent camps and are not officially sponsored by University of New Mexico Athletic Department.
All campers must register 30 minutes prior to the start time on the first day of each camp session.

Meals during showcase camp are the responsibility of the camper.
This is not an "overnight" Camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.
Airport Pick-up / Drop-off Information
All campers are responsible for their own transportation to/from camp each day for this commuter camp.
What if I have to cancel a Camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
