Facilities
Goodwin Field is the third on-campus diamond to serve Cal State Fullerton and, since its inauguration, has been an undeniable home field advantage for the four-time NCAA National Champions. Thanks in part to extensive renovations and a commitment by the University to transform the field into a state-of-the-art facility, the NCAA has named Goodwin Field as a host site for Regional play in seven of the past nine seasons and a host for Super Regional play in seven of the last eight years.

A $3 million expansion project, spearheaded by a $1 million gift from Jerry and Merilyn Goodwin, has transformed the field into one of the premier collegiate facilities on the West Coast. The field now features the Wilson Clubhouse - which includes locker rooms, a reception area and offices for the coaches - and the Doubek VIP Room.

Prior to the 2006 season, covered batting cages were installed in the area between the coaches offices and the Fullerton Arboretum to enable hitting and pitching at night or during inclement weather.
