B2 Baseball Camps at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville are dedicated to providing a baseball camp that is both instructional and informational along with creating a great atmosphere to learn!

The coaching staff here at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville prides itself on teaching the sport of baseball to players of all ages and ability levels. All camps are taught by our coaching staff and players. The mechanics and drills that are taught at our camps are used with our college players. We are determined to provide the best possible learning experience for our campers.

Our camps range in age and we should have a program to fit your needs. If you do not see a date that works for you at this time check back to the site as we add new sessions often.

Description

The Future Cougars Baseball Skills Camp is a great place for players to learn and/or restore fundamentals for all aspects of their game.  This camp will focus on hitting fundamentals primary position defense, pitching fundamentals, and base running.

 

General Camp Schedule (Subject to change)

08:00am-08:30am ... Registration

08:30am-08:45am ... Welcome & Introductions

08:45am-09:15am ... Throwing fundamentals

09:15am-09:45am ... Primary Defense fundamentals

09:45am-10:30am ... Hitting fundamentals and baserunning

10:30am ... End of Camp

 

Equipment:
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Helmets will be available.

 

B2 Baseball Camps are open to any and all entrants, in accordance with the NCAA camps and clinic legislation (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).  B2 Baseball Camps are independently owned and operated and is in no way administered or associated with Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville."

 

Check-in

Please check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the sessioncheck-in will be at the main gate of Roy Lee Field.

 

Waiver Information

The cost for the treatment of injuries and hospitalization for illness or injuries incurred during the camps will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the participant. Each participant must have a signed liability/ medical release authorization form signed by a parent/ guardian. Download Waiver Form

Rain Policy
Every effort will be made to conduct the camp on the scheduled datethis may include moving to an indoor facility if the weather forces a change we have Friday, May 31st as a rain date if a day is cancelled. 

 

What if I have to cancel a camp?

We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection".

We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid.

The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

 

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily; this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
