Toledo Baseball Prospect Camp

Cory Mee and his coaching staff are inviting all interested
participants to partake in the 2014 Toledo Baseball Prospect Camp.
This camp is designed to provide instruction on specific aspects of the game, while also giving you the opportunity to display your skills at the position of your choice for our coaching staff. It is the perfect time for our coaches to see each players skills before the spring and summer recruiting begins.
It will be held in the state-of-the-art Fetterman Training Center, which has a full 100 yard turf football field that is equipped with batting cages.
Campers will be instructed and evaluated by The University of Toledo Baseball Staff.

-1 day of professional instruction
-Opportunity to learn from the Toledo coaching staff
09:30 a.m. - Check in
10:00 a.m. - Introductions
10:10 a.m. - Dynamic Stretching
10:30 a.m. -60 yard testing as part of base running technique and instruction
11:00 a.m. - Defensive Breakout Sessions - Infield, Outfield, Catching, or Pitching Fundamentals (player's choice)
12:00 p.m. - Lunch Break
01:00 p.m. - Hitting and Defensive Breakout Session
Every player will complete a hitting rotation focusing on fundamentals
Each player will designate a position; infield, outfield, pitcher, or catcher
Pitchers will throw a bullpen and go through drill work
Catchers will catch bullpens and get pop times to 2nd
Infielders will take grounders and throw to 1st from SS.
Outfielders will make throws to home

Campers should bring a glove, bat, helmet and should wear comfortable workout attire and cleats. In case of rain, campers should have gym shoes or turf shoes for indoor workout facility. Catchers should bring their own catcher's equipment.

Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
Check-in for all camps will be conducted at the Fetterman Building. Check-in will take place 30 minutes prior to the starting time of camp.

University of Toledo Baseball gear will be available to purchase while at camp.
We ask that all of our campers have a desire to learn, be attentive, and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
