Join the coaches at St. John's University for our Red Storm High School Winter Pitching/Catching Session.
This camp is designed to educate and drill players to develop them into the best possible pitcher he can be. We will discuss, general mechanics, grips, fielding and arm care. Pitchers will also throw to catchers.
Catchers need to bring their own catching equipment. Catching instruction will include stance, receiving, blocking, and throwing. When you register, be sure to indicate you are a pitcher or a catcher.
Reminder: if you are choosing to attend the Pitcher or Catcher session please make sure you choose the position (Pitcher or Catcher) you are wishing to work on in the Primary Position check box of the registration page.

Bring your own personal equipment for use. Fielding glove, bat, batting gloves (recommended). Catchers: bring your own gear. Come dressed to work out. If weather is conducive, we may go outdoors to our turf field, so dress warm.

Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.

From the East (LI): Northern State Parkway west, exit at 188th street. Turn left at light and make immediate right onto service road. Follow service road to Utopia Parkway (2nd light) and make right to campus on left OR Long Island Expressway west, exit at Utopia Parkway (Exit 25), left on Utopia Parkway take to Union Turnpike. Continue through Union Turnpike. Campus is on right. Entrance is on rt. Enter through Gate 1
From the West (Brooklyn): Belt Parkway (east) to Van Wyck Expressway (678N), exit on Main Street Union Turnpike.
Proceed to third traffic light, make a right turn onto Grand Central Parkway service road to Utopia Parkway, make left on Utopia. Campus is on left. Entrance is on left. Enter through Gate 1 OR Jackie Robinson Parkway (east) to Grand Central Parkway (east), exit at Utopia Parkway and take a left at Utopia Parkway. Campus

This is day camp only. No overnight option available.
Airport Pick-up / Drop-off Information
Airport pick up is NOT available for this session.
St John's University Baseball merchandise will be available to purchase while at camp.
What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection".
We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid.
The credit is valid for three years from camp date. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
It is also understood that NO REFUND or CREDIT will be given in the event that the Red Storm Baseball camps and clinics are forced to close due to any disaster such as hurricane, noreaster, power failure, blackout, snow storm or any disaster.
Athletic Trainer: There will be a trainer on duty at all times.
