The Seattle University Redhawks and other local colleges are looking for the next great crop of pitchers and catchers for the 2013-2014 season!

Donny Harrel's 2013 RBI Pitcher/Catcher Camp is the ultimate instructional and evaluation camp in Washington. Join us at our annual Elite Pitcher/Catcher Camp, and improve your skills, all while being evaluated and instructed by the Seattle U staff, as well as some of the best college coaches and professional scouts in the Pacific Northwest.

Student-athletes will learn new cutting edge pitching and catching techniques, while also obtaining skills from college coaches and professional scouts. Both Pitchers and Catchers will receive information packets, attend seminars from guest instructors, and get personal evaluations. Evaluations will include a video analysis on how to improve their ability to have success on the field and off. The camp is unique in that instructors from colleges of all levels will be represented. A "Coaches Corner" component will allow campers and parents to learn more about what it takes to be fully prepared on and off the field for college baseball. Admissions, financial aid, and eligibility issues will be covered. Parents and campers are encouraged to start writing down questions now for the coaches to answer.

Seattle U Head Coach Donny Harrel believes there is a place for every good ballplayer to continue his education and play baseball. Therefore, the camp will have representatives from every level of college baseball. The Seattle University Redhawks will represent the D-I level, along with University of Washington; D-II will be represented by St. Martin's University and Concordia University; D-III is represented by Pacific Lutheran University and/or George Fox University and NAIA will have on site national power LC State. NWAACC Community Colleges will also be on hand, as will Professional Baseball being represented by various Northwest Scouts.

Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear.

Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.

This is not an "overnight" camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

Miscellaneous Information


What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
