Potomac Nationals Baseball Camps

 

The Potomac Nationals Baseball Camps provide the finest youth baseball camp and instructional skills clinic experience in Northern Virginia in which campers receive instruction directly from professional baseball players from the Washington Nationals’ Minor League system.  P-Nats Baseball Camps are staffed by the Potomac Nationals players. The Potomac Nationals pride themselves on playing the game the right way…”The Nationals Way.”

 

 

Potomac Nationals Baseball Camps are open to any and all baseball players but spaces are limited.  Potomac Nationals Baseball Camps offer fundamentals in throwing, hitting, bunting, fielding mechanics, outfield play, base-running, catching, and pitching.  The P-Nats Baseball Camp Staff are focused on dedicated hands-on instruction and making each camper truly enjoy his or her experience at the Pfitzner Stadium complex during the camp.

Campers will be placed in groups according to age and skill level then rotate through fundamental skills stations as well as play in instructional scrimmage games.

 

Camp is designed for boys & girls 7-14 and will run from 8:30am 12:30pm daily.

The Potomac Nationals are a Minor League Baseball team located in Woodbridge, Virginia. The Nationals play in the high-A Carolina League and are an affiliate of the Washington Nationals.

 

The team began play in 1978 as the Alexandria Dukes. The Dukes moved from Alexandria, Virginia for the 1984 season and were renamed the Prince William Pirates. Since then the team has been named the Prince William Yankees, Prince William Cannons, Potomac Cannons, and now the Potomac Nationals. The team has been affiliated with the Pittsburgh Pirates, New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Cardinals, Cincinnati Reds, and now the Washington Nationals. Since moving to Woodbridge, the franchise has played all their home games at G. Richard Pfitzner Stadium, with a seating capacity of 6,000 people.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called Cancellation Protection. We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration and available on the registration page, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 7 days prior to the start of  camp. If you cancel within 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for one year from camp date. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
