Your camper will have the privilege of enjoying the week on what has continuously been declared Americas Most Scenic Ballpark

 

Sea Lions Youth Baseball Academy at Point Loma Nazarene University is designed for players to develop their skills in all areas of the game while enjoying the spirit of competition.

 

This five-day camp will be supervised by professional coaches who will spend more than 28-hours with your camper.

 

Our coaches will teach a combination of the traditional fundamentals that have driven success in this game for centuries, as well as incorporate the latest scientifically proven skill development technologies to improve your athletes swing & throwing mechanics. All of this while overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the most beautiful setting our great nation has to offer.

 

Whether you are bringing a rookie whose new to the game or an experienced veteran with numerous All-Star appearances, our professional coaches possess a depth of knowledge they will share & demonstrate. Custom tailored based on your campers specific ability, our coaches will teach both the basics and the most advanced areas of the game!!

 

This energetic, up-tempo atmosphere will ensure Sea Lion Youth Baseball Academy is an unforgettable experience your ball player will enjoy; leaving with marvelous memories they will value and reflect on through life.

 

Players will be immersed in the most mesmerizing environment all week while developing the skills required to take their game to the next level and succeed at this amazing game!!

Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm .....  Lunch Included!

Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm  .....  No lunch!

Facilities 

Carroll B Land Stadium on the campus of PLNU will be home to Sea Lion Youth Baseball Academy. In addition to Carroll B Land Stadium, classrooms will be utilized for our post-meal cinematic events.

 

Age Divisions

Campers will be broken into groups by age and ability levels.

 

Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, batting gloves [if available], helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, Catchers gear (catchers only), hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. It is highly advised you mark the camper's names on all items. The camp is not responsible for lost belongings.

 

Check-in

Check in begins at 8:30am

*Once you arrive to campus, feel free to ask the information booth for directions to the stadium
