Team Northwest Selection Process:
Step 1: USA Baseball has divided the Nation into fifteen regions. Each region identifies players to invite to the National Team Identification Series (NTIS) held at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina. The following states make up the Northwest Region: Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Northern Idaho.
Step 2: There will be multiple Team Northwest National Team Identification Series opportunity events in 2013.
Step 3: A total of 18 players in each age division will be selected from the Regional Identification events listed below: Team Northwest will be named after the Team Northwest regional.
Step 4: The USA Baseball NTIS Cary North Carolina. Dates tentatively set for August 23rd -26th 16 and 17U. September 6th - 9th 14U.
Step 5: Players representing Team Northwest at the USA Baseball NTIS may be invited to attend the USA Baseball National Team Trials or National Team Development Program.
Step 6: Players performing well at the Trials, may earn the opportunity to play on a USA Baseball National Team.

Official Cancellation Policy for all USA Baseball NTIS events:
Cancellations up to 8 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No exceptions will be made. The participating player or team will receive their refund within 30 days of the time of cancellation.
Cancellations within 7 days of the start of the event will forfeit the entire registration fee. No exceptions will be made.
