USA Baseball NTIS: North Texas

Area includes: Waco, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lubbock and points North

USA Baseball is proud to present the North Texas region of the National Team Identification Series (NTIS). Players from across your region will participate in selection events and tryouts with the aim of being named to the North Texas 11U, 13U, 14U, 16U and 17U teams. The five teams will then compete in their respective age groups against 15 other regions from across the country in the NTIS at the USA Baseball National Training Complex and adjoining Thomas Brooks Park in Cary, N.C. in the fall of 2016. From the NTIS, USA Baseball will invite a minimum of 58 players to future National Team Trials, National Team Development Program, and Tournament of Stars opportunities with the ultimate goal of being selected to represent our country as part of Team USA in 2017.

"The NTIS gives players from across the country the opportunity to wear USA across their chest. It is an outstanding achievement for the athletes to be able to represent their region, and an honor to have a chance to be selected for next year's National Team Programming."

- Mark Dvoroznak, USA Baseball Director of Program Development
