Who is this 3-day event intended for? This camp is open to all baseball players ages 7-12 (60 and 70 bases only) looking to improve skills and learn about the game.
What should I expect from event? We will conduct several instructional segments to include hitting, defense, pitching, base running, and coach-pitched games.
What is expected of attendees? Attendees are expected to be on their best behavior and bring a willingness to learn and have fun!
What to bring: Please wear baseball pants and bring BOTH turfs/sneakers and cleats. We will provide a t-shirt for you to wear.
Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the clinic draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for the clinic. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
Check in will take place at Earl Lorden Field on the campus of UMass Amherst from 9-9:30am on Tuesday, August 21st.
The clinic will be held at Earl Lorden Field, located on Mullins Way on the campus of UMass Amherst. Driving Directions!
Lunch is the only meal included with your fee. This will take place at one of our UMass Dining Halls, which have been rated #1 in the US for the 2nd year in a row!
This is not an "overnight" clinic. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations.
Airport Pick-up / Drop-off Information
There will be no airport transportation offered for this event.
