What is your Refund Policy?
We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of camp. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for one year from camp date. No refunds or camp credits will be given on the day of camp.
Without the purchase of Cancellation Protection, campers will receive a camp credit should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds or camp credits will be given within 14 days of the start of your session without the purchase of Cancellation Protection.
Where is Check In?
All campers will check in and out at the front gate of Matador Field located on Lindley Ave
Do I Need a Parking Pass?
If you decide to stay, you will need a parking pass to park in Lot E6. Daily parking passes are available at the kiosk for $6.
Where can Campers be Picked Up?
Campers must be picked up at the front gate of Matador Field. Please be prompt picking up your campers.
Are Parents Allowed to Stay and Watch?
Yes. Parents that stay and watch are asked to stay in the stands or on the grass area and off the playing surface at Matador Field.
What Should I Bring to Camp?
Glove, Cleats, Baseball Pants, Batting gloves, helmet, catcher's gear (if applicable), water bottle, swim trunks, tennis shoes.
