Below you’ll find our school’s Division I college baseball camps, baseball showcases and instructional camps and clinics. Visit us in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona for a baseball camp or showcase and show us your skills!

Our camps range in ages and we should have a program to fit your needs. If you do not see a date that works for you at this time please check back to the site as we add new sessions often.

 

Our baseball camps and showcases in Arizona are a great opportunity to take your game to the next level. Each camp is hosted by our college staff here at GCU.

The Grand Canyon University Baseball Academy is designed to teach students solid fundamental baseball skills as well as to raise their level of understanding of the game of baseball. Our purpose is to provide each camper with the instruction and encouragement needed to develop individual skills to a greater level. In addition, we want the camper to be aware that individual skills are best utilized when they are incorporated into a team concept. We will emphasize how individuals work together on a field to form a baseball "team."

Miscellaneous Information

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

 

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.

Description

Andy Stankiewicz and the GCU baseball coaching staff want to invite you to our 7th annual Christmas Skills Camp. This camp will be held on December 21st , 22nd and 23rd at GCU Ballpark (located on Grand Canyon University's campus).  Head Coach Andy Stankiewicz and the Lopes' baseball staff will be instructing and evaluating this skills camp. This is a great opportunity for players to develop in the necessary baseball skills for their upcoming spring season. We will focus on improving basic fundamentals which include hitting, infield, outfield, catching, pitching, base running and team work. 

 

The Lopes skills camp is driven to developing all aspect of the game. It will include the professional instruction you need to become an overall better player.  The Lopes coaching staff will be working one on one with you through every phase of the game. Players will be grouped according to position and age and go through defensive and offensive skill groups.

 

All players who attend the camp will receive a GCU camp shirt
