Robertson Field, the home of Allegheny Baseball, is located within the 203-acre Robertson Athletic Complex. The facility includes a batting cage, which sits along the right-field fence, allowing easy access for in-game use, and two spacious dugouts behind each baseline.

Gator Baseball Camps at Allegheny College

Gator Baseball Camps at Allegheny College are dedicated to providing a baseball camp that is both instructional and information along with creating a great atmosphere to learn!

The coaching staff here at Allegheny College prides itself on teaching the game of baseball to players of all ages and ability levels. All camps are taught by our coaching staff and players. The mechanics and drills that are taught at our camps are used with our college players. We are determined to provide the best possible learning experience for our campers.

Our camps range in ages and we should have a program to fit your needs. If you do not see a date that works for you at this time check back to the site as we add new sessions often.

Description

The camp, targeted for players ranging from ages 8-15, will be held June 10,11, and 12 from 8:30-12:00 at the Allegheny College baseball field. Each day, athletes will learn baseball specific skills in fielding, throwing and batting from Allegheny College coaches and players. Campers will be divided into age specific groups and work on drills specific to their development level. The goal of camps is prepare campers for the upcoming summer season while instilling a love of the game.  

 

Equipment:  Bring your own personal equipment for use. Fielding glove, bat, batting gloves (recommended) , helmet (recommended) and water

 

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.

Accommodations: This is a day camp only.  No overnight option is available.

 

Miscellaneous Information

What if I have to cancel a camp? We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel. We have what is called "Cancellation Protection".  We off basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 7 days prior to the start of the clinic. If you cancel within 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid.  The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
