We are a Christ centered, nationally recognized baseball organization. We strive to offer athletes opportunities to showcase their God-given talents in front of college and professional scouts through showcase events off college and professional baseball facilities.

Our professionally experienced staff of former professional players, college coaches, and college players will ALL be professing Christians to be a positive, Godly role model and mentors for our players and their families.

Growing Together Camp

Description

The ECB staff and coaches have partnered with Timber Creek camp to host our 5th Annual "Growing Together" family baseball retreat. The 3 day gathering will have baseball workouts for players, but also, activities for adults and siblings to partake in the fun. The design of the weekend is to bring us all closer to Christ before taking the field of play this summer. Honoring the Lord will be the focus of the camp.

 

Players: $140.00 per player includes, food, lodging, instruction and all activities & camp T-Shirt.

Player Camp Fee (if you have multiple players attending, please fill out a new form again for just the player)

 

Adults/Siblings staying at the camp: $130.00 per person includes food, lodging, seminars and all activities at the camp. Lodging will be by male-female unless you have a family of 4 that will be attending. There will be a max of 4 adults per cabin.

 

Parent/Sibling Tuesday Supper Only: $10.00 per person for supper on Tuesday night ONLY.

 
Adults/Siblings choosing to stay at a Hotel: Parents/Siblings that want to stay at a hotel, there are 2 options within 20 minutes of the camp.
 
 
1) Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Forest, MS - (601) 469-8288 - You will need to contact the hotel direct and book your rooms.  
 
 
2) Roosevelt State Park Hotel - Morton, MS - Contact Andre Hollan at 601-732-6316 to book room.  This hotel is on the state park grounds and can be booked direct.  It is under new management so problems from last year have been corrected.
 
If you stay here, this option will not have the meal options for the camp. If you want to eat at the camp, then your price would be $35 per person.  We will bill you outside the camp registration for these meals.

Miscellaneous Information

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

 

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
