Tradition of Success at Edgewood College

The Eagle Baseball Program takes pride in being the only 4-year college baseball program in the Madison area. The Eagles recruit student-athletes from all over the Country, as Madison is an amazing place to be a college student-athlete. There is no shortage of social activities in Madison and the community values learning, academic achievement and athletic excellence. The Eagles have enjoyed both team and individual successes. The Eagles have been in the post-season 18 of the last 25 years and over 135 Eagles have earned conference, regional and national honors in the last 15 years. The same level of success has been the expectation in the classroom. The Edgewood College Baseball Program has had over 193 conference scholar-athletes in the last 18 years! Every member of the Eagle Baseball Team takes pride in executing the fundamentals of the game. This same pride carries over to all of our Baseball Camps. This is the reason our camper to instructor ratio is so low, why each player attending an Eagle Baseball Camp gets a lot of individual work and, why players and parents love our camps!

OPEN EVENT IN NEW WINDOW

Description

The world of sports has become increasingly competitive. High school student athletes feel the need to achieve both in school and in sport. Players are often not only competing with other teams, they also compete with each other for positions and playing time.

This one-day camp was created to help student-athletes recognize and learn some unique skills that can help guide them in their sport and in everyday life. Results have become more important than the processes of getting there and athletes will be able to call on these new skills when things get challenging.

Our cross county/track and field coach, Bethany Brewster, has a unique passion for student athlete mental awareness and wants to share her knowledge with you! Brewster is a licensed mental health professional and was a highly decorated student-athlete while at the University of Wisconsin. Brewster has a total of 11 Big Ten championships to her credit. She was an All-American selection six times during her career. Post collegiately, she competed in the 1500m at the 2004 Summer Olympic Trails in Sacramento, CA.

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

Important: Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
