The Dirtbags baseball camps are designed to teach the different components of catching; mechanical, mental, and technical. Based on the ability of the camper, the session will be adjusted to teach at the level and aptitude of each participant. Space for each session is limited to ensure interaction with coaches and to give the coaches the ability to group campers in each session with like ability catchers. Participants will learn the same foundation work and techniques current and former LBSU Dirtbags learned when developing their pitching and catching techniques.
Cost: $125 for all 4 Sessions
Consists of 4 days of 1-hour catching instruction.
Dates/Times: Tuesdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm
Note: Make ups can only be done if other sessions have space. We will not guarantee make ups will be available.
Each camper attending the Long Beach State Dirtbag Baseball Camp must be covered by his or her parents' insurance. Any and all medical expenses resulting from injury or illness will be the responsibility of the camper's private insurance company. Download Waiver Form

Enter through 3B side gate. Cages are on the 1B side in the blue barn next to the dugout.
Parking is free in the Blair Field parking lot.
This is day camp only. No overnight option available.
What if I have to cancel a camp?
Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer will be provided during camp. In the event of an emergency the EMS will be called.
Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
There will be NO merchandise sold at the hitting, catching or boot camps.
