The 2013 Ross Natoli Summer Advanced Development Baseball Camp Is designed to meet the individual and team work-out needs for players ages 8-18 of all ability and experience levels who love the game, are striving to play at the next level, and have a strong desire to improve their baseball skills.
The camp is intended to improve each player's fundamental skills and prepare players to the fullest for their future try-outs and seasons and their next level of competition.
Quality professional instruction and live games are supervised by the Catholic University coaching staff, other college and high school coaches, and Washington area college players. Players will be grouped by age and ability to maximize skill development and talent exposure. All HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS ARE WELCOME AND ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE under NCAA rules and will have an opportunity to increase their college exposure through hands-on instruction from, and interaction with, the Catholic University baseball staff and other Washington area coaches on our camp staff.

Camp features include: daily fundamental skill development sessions, personal videotaping, live games, and supervised swimming. Adult supervision available from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. each day at no additional charge for the convenience of working parents.

FACILITIES AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT:
Available facilities include: three baseball fields, Field Turf multipurpose field, indoor swimming pool and running track, several outdoor and portable indoor pitching mounds, outdoor and indoor batting cages and hitting skills areas, pitching machines, tees, "Solo Hitters", "Hitting Sticks", weighted bats, free-weights and plyometric strength and conditioning equipment, instructional films, videotape equipment and first-aid training room. Program drills will include: Tee and soft toss drills, short toss, bunting and live hitting in the batting cages. Pitchers will emphasize proper mechanics, control, and development of off-speed and breaking pitches as they throw live each day. Catching, infield, outfield and base running skill sessions along with VISION DYNAMICS, flexibility, running speed and agility drills, and arm strength/injury prevention exercises will be conducted daily.
Evaluation / Feedback
We will give feedback during camp, but we do not provide a written evaluation of every camper.
All players should CLEARLY MARK THEIR PERSONAL EQUIPMENT in advance of attending the camp and must provide their own baseball mitt, hat, cleats, gym shoes, gym bag, and should wear a protective cup. All players must bring their own WATER BOTTLE, clearly marked with their name, to the camp each day. Bats and helmets will be provided or you may bring your own. Catchers must wear a protective cup and are encouraged to bring their own equipment. The DuFour Athletic Center's facilities provide ample space for both outdoor and indoor activity. In case of rain or oppressive heat, the full instructional program may be held inside the DuFour Athletic Center. BLACK-SOLED SHOES, CLEATS, AND TURF SHOES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE GYM, ONLY TENNIS OR BASKETBALL SHOES! While outdoors, SUNBLOCK is highly recommended! SWIMMING is also available in the afternoons. Please bring a bathing suit and towel if you wish to participate in supervised swimming activities. The remaining instructional staff consists of other Washington area coaches, current and former college and professional players, and varsity players from the 2013 Catholic University Baseball Team.
The camp employs a Catholic University certified athletic trainer. The trainer will be on site during all sessions to provide prompt and professional care to all campers.
Check-in and registration will begin at 8:00a.m. each camp day in the 1st floor lobby of the DuFour Athletic Center on June 24-June 28, 2013.
Parents are encouraged to attend a short orientation meeting on the first day of the camp on June 24 and are welcome to observe all camp activities each day if they desire.
Each day, players can be dropped off and picked up at the entrance to the DuFour Athletic Center but parents should park in the DuFour Athletic Center parking lot at all other times. Players will be available for pick-up in the DuFour Center lobby at the end of each camp session at 4:00pm. Prompt parent pick-up is appreciated!
Camp Waiver Information
In order to participate in Ross Natoli Baseball Camps at Catholic University, each participant must complete the CAMP WAIVER INFORMATION FORM. This completed form must be submitted in advance of participation in any camp. Participants should also bring a completed version of this form to your selected camp for submittal at camp registration and check-in. This form can be faxed or scanned in advance and e-mailed to the attention of:

Parents and other drivers should park in the DuFour Athletic Center parking lot at all other times. Players will be available for pick-up in the DuFour Athletic Center lobby at the end of each camp day at 4:00p.m. Prompt parent pick-up is appreciated!
Bring your own lunch. Beverages and concessions will be available for purchase at the DuFour Athletic Center as well.
This is not an "overnight" camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.
Catholic University Baseball merchandise will be available for purchase while at camp
Ross Natoli Baseball Camps, LLC, reserves the right to postpone any camp due to inclement weather or unforeseen scheduling conflicts. In the event of inclement weather, campers are urged to call the camp hotline at (202) 319-6092 before leaving home. All changes in schedules will be announced at least one hour prior to camp start time. If camp is postponed, every attempt will be made to reschedule it at the earliest convenient day and time. If a make-up date is unavailable, appropriate credit will be issued. This credit may be used for any future camp. Ross Natoli Baseball Camps, LLC, will not be responsible for classes missed for personal reasons, and will not guarantee any make-up.
All requests for refunds or camp credit must be submitted to our office in writing in order to ensure processing. Refunds will be issued for cancellations up to one week before the start date of the enrolled session. After this date, a camp credit, valid for one calendar year, will be issued for cancellations less than one week before the start date of the enrolled session. Cash refunds will not be offered for cancellations less than one week before the start date of the enrolled session or during the session.
