Monte Lee Baseball Camps at Clemson University are designed to help improve the performance of baseball players of all ages and skill levels. Campers will receive instruction from some of the top coaches in the country who care about the betterment of each individual player.

Monte Lee Baseball Camps are dedicated to the development and growth of all campers who attend. Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).Our camps range in ages and we should have a program to fit your needs. If you do not see a date that works for you at this time please check back to the site as we add new sessions often.

Description

Monte Lee Baseball Camps are excited to hold the 5thannual Father/Son camp here Doug Kingsmore Stadium home of the Clemson Tigers! The Father/Son camp presents a great opportunity for parents to join their young baseball player, first hand, in an on the field baseball development setting. The camp allows fathers to train, learn, and practice, side-by-side with their sons, as they compete the various drills/stations that lead to success on the baseball field. All drills are based around the idea of the Father and son being able to continue practicing the drills at home. The camp will include a fun atmosphere including competitions, games, and drills that will help improve your sons game and allow the both of you to better understand some of the basic fundamentals.

 

(Mothers, Guardians, Relatives and Daughters all welcome to participate, not limited to Fathers and Sons.)

 

Cost: $225.00 / Each Additional Camper $50.00

Check-in

Check in on Saturday, October 5th will begin at 8:00AM at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. Please check in 30 minutes before camp begins on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Baseball Bat and Batting Gloves
  • Baseball glove
  • Baseball Helmet
  • Catchers must bring their own gear
  • Cleats and tennis shoes or turf shoes

Take I-85 to exit #19B. Exit toward Clemson. Follow Hwy 76/28 West for about 12 miles. Nearing the Clemson campus turn left on to Perimeter Road. Follow for approximately 2 miles, and right near the football stadium, and basketball facility you will see Doug Kingsmore Stadium (Home of the Clemson Baseball Tigers).

 

 

Accommodations

This is not an "overnight" camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.

Cancellation Policy
All camps are non-refundable. Only camp credits will be given except in unforeseen circumstances, such as injuries or other unique situations. Please send your cancellation requests directly to the camp administrator, Brad Owens at owens4@clemson.edu. Your request must be sent 5 days prior to the start of camp to receive a future camp credit.

Fall Prospect Camp

Description

This camp is for the serious HS player or Junior College player looking to take his game to the next level. Each player will have the opportunity take batting practice on Doug Kingsmore Stadium and go through a pro-style workout and offensive rotations to showcase their skills. Once batting practice and the pro-style workout is complete, each camper will have the opportunity to play a game in a competitive format in front of the Clemson University Coaching staff on Tiger Field!

 

Monte Lee Baseball Camps are dedicated to the development and growth of all campers who attend. Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).

 

Cost: $160.00

Camp price includes lunch and Clemson Baseball keepsake t-shirt jersey to be worn during camp!!

 

Tentative Schedule (Subject to change)

08:00am ... Check-in opens, behind 1stbase dugout at Doug Kingsmore Stadium

09:00am ... Pro-Style workout and offensive rotations begin

11:30am ... Lunch Break (lunch is included for each camper)

12:30pm ... Game 1 Begins

03:00pm ... Game 2 Begins

 

Please note that each camper will only play in 1 game, once your game is over you are free to leave camp. The Clemson Baseball staff will do their best to accommodate any travel arrangements so that each camper may have the opportunity to attend camp.

 

The Clemson University visitors center will be providing an optional campus tour before or after your afternoon game for those campers who are interested.

Waiver Information

Medical forms/Waivers are available through the registration website. Please download, complete, and print the medical paperwork and waivers to bring with you to registration. All medical waiver information must be completed.

Campers may bring a copy of their school physical in place of the medical form with the doctors signature as long as it has been completed within one year prior to the first day of camp. If you use a school physical in place of the doctors signature on the medical form, please bring the medical form and camp waiver along with a copy of your school physical.
