Welcome to Cavalier Baseball Camps at Cabrini University. We are committed to providing a camp that is both instructional and informational along with creating a great atmosphere to learn! The coaching staff at Cabrini University is dedicated to the development and growth of baseball players of all ages and skill levels. We are committed to providing a positive and instrumental learning experience for all camps

Description

Clinic will feature collegiate and professional level hitting instruction from the Cabrini University coaching staff and several current and former professional players.   Instruction will not be a one-size-fits-all approach but a detailed analysis of each campers style, skill set, and goals. 

 

The day will start with a discussion of varying philosophies of mechanics, approach, style, etc. followed by a thorough warm up and a rotation of stations including dry swing mechanics, tee work, exit velocity measurements, short work, front toss, and normal BP.  Contest and goal-driven drills will be mixed in to maintain focus and competitive drive. 

 

Cabrini Baseball takes immense pride in providing personable and energetic instructors to deliver a valuable experience to all campers.  As always, we are looking for future Cavaliers among the campers!

 

Campers should be dressed appropriately and bring own bat and helmet.  Bring a dry pair of athletic shoes to change into once you arrive to keep the floor clean and dry.  Please have completed liability waiver at check in. 

 

Cost: $57.00 

 

Notes: Campers are required to bring the signed waiver and their own water bottles and snacks/food for the day.

Cavalier Baseball Summer Youth Camp

Description

Kids will be grouped according to age and ability to ensure safety and appropriate level of instruction.  Upon arrival, participants will be greeted by the High Five Highway of instructors welcoming them into the venue and guiding them into their appropriate dugout.

 

Each day will consist of an active warm up session followed by a highlighted skill of the day instructional session.  Additionally, groups will rotate through skill specific stations, games, and fun contests guided by high energy coaches in a fast-paced and attention grabbing environment. 

 

At noon, the day participants will be dismissed in a controlled fashion to ensure the right kids are leaving with the right parent/guardian.  Full day participants will have a supervised 30 min lunch break followed by afternoon skill contests and an always popular scrimmage.  Each day will close with camp awards and a cool treat! 

 

There will be a certified athletic trainer on site each day to take care of injuries or illnesses that can pop up.  Campers are encouraged to wear sunscreen, athletic clothing, hat, and sneakers or plastic molded cleats.  Bring glove, bat, helmet, and water bottle.  Label EVERYTHING with your childs first and last name.  Please bring the completed medical info and liability waiver to check in on Day 1. 

 

REMINDER:  Please bring own bat, glove, helmet, and drink/snack.  Campers can wear cleats on the turf surface.  A certified athletic trainer will be on site during the camp.  Please bring completed waiver to camp with you.  No gum or sunflower seeds allowed at the field.

$250.00 ... 9:00am-3:00pm (Full Day option)

$150.00 ... 9:00am-12:00pm (Half Day option)
