About the Camps

The Blue Hen Baseball Camps are conducted by the University of Delaware coaching staff members as well as other area college and high school baseball coaches. Our staff members are hired to provide a high quality of adult supervision necessary to ensure the safety and security of all campers in attendance at our camps. We emphasize that we operate our camps using no greater than a 10:1 instructor-to-camper ratio, allowing us to provide each camper with quality baseball instruction as well a safe environment in which to develop their baseball skills.

What to Bring to Camp Each Day
Baseball glove
Baseball hat
Sneakers (NO baseball cleats are necessary)
Baseball bat (if your camper has their own bat)
Batting helmet (optional – we will have helmets)
Lunch & Drink
Sun Screen / lotion
Swimwear & Towel
Extra backpack (to carry/store belongings while at the UD pool)- Recommended!
Water bottle with water – Water will be provided for the kids to re-fill their bottles throughout the day
