Lipscomb University Future Bison Day Camp

Ages: 6-12 | Starts: 9:00am / Ends: 12:00pm



Open to players between the ages of 6 and 12, this day-camp offers personal and group instruction in all phases of the game of baseball. Our knowledgeable and energetic staff will provide proper instruction and drills to enhance the skill level of each individual. Campers will be instructed in fundamentals including: hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, catching, baserunning, bunting, cut-offs & relays, and sliding. Games will be played to emphasize the techniques learned in daily instruction. The camp staff will group players by age and positions for instruction and competition.

Campers will receive instruction from Lipscomb coaches and players. We feel that working with people associated directly with our program helps the camper get a firm grasp on the principles and techniques taught to Lipscomb baseball players.


Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Lipscomb University Baseball program will not be responsible for lost items.


**In accordance with the rules of the NCAA the camps are open to all players
**In accordance with the rules of the NCAA we are prohibited to give free/reduced camps to prospects.



Jr. Bison check-in will be Monday from 8:00am - 8:45am at the top of Dugan Field. Camp will begin promptly at 9:00am. And parents should arrive at 11:45 for closing remarks.

Information & Medical Release Form will be attached to your e-mail confirmation. It is also available in this camp listing. Please print fill out, sign and deliver this form to the registration check in on the first day of camp. You will be unable to attend camp without this form. Download Waiver

This is day camp only. No overnight option available. Each commuter is responsible for his own accommodations while attending camp.

Airport Pick-up / Drop-off Information

All Campers will be responsible for their own transportation to and from camp daily. There will be no airport transportation offered for this event.



Lipscomb merchandise will be available for purchase on the first morning and last morning of camp


Miscellaneous Information

Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp.
