Szczur Selected to Play in MLB Futures Game
After a first half of the season in which he batted .327 and was a midseason All-Star former Villanova outfielder Matt Szczur has been named to the roster for the 2011 XM Satellite Radio All-Star Futures Game. The contest which pits Team USA against The World, will take place on Sunday, July 10 at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona to kick off the MLB All-Star festivities. The contest will be televised live on ESPN2 and MLB.com at 6:00 Eastern Time on July 10.

Villanova Wildcat Baseball Camps on the campus of Villanova University are dedicated to providing a baseball camp that is both instructional and information along with creating a great atmosphere to learn!
The coaching staff here at Villanova University prides itself on teaching the game of baseball to players of all ages and ability levels. All camps are taught by our coaching staff and players. The mechanics and drills that are taught at our camps are used with our college players. We are determined to provide the best possible learning experience for our campers.
