Can't make it to our facility?

We will come to you! Our coaches have done camps all over the state of Colorado and will travel outside of the state as well. We will work with you to customize a camp or clinic for your players and/or coaches from little league to high school. We are available for off-season training, pre-season clinics, and summer camps. Get the insight on how to teach the fundamentals, training methods, practice organization, organization building and the communication tools that will help your program or league achieve a new level of success in building well-rounded young athletes. Cost also includes coaching reimbursement if playing on a Diamond Club coached team. Fees DO NOT cover, private instruction, camps or specialty equipment (helmets, bat bags, fleece pullovers, sleeves, and catching gear). ALL FEES MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION.

Diamond Club apparel as well as specialty equipment can be purchased through the DC Online Stores at discounted prices. As these stores open, parents will be notified. Diamond Club players do receive discounts on camp registrations throughout the year, winter hitting league and have access to hit in the facility when space is available.

Uniform Sizing: TBA. Families will be responsible for making sure this process is completed.

FUNDRAISERS: Teams can run individual or team fundraisers throughout the year (Team Nights at Buffalo Wild Wings, Casino Bus trips, King Soopers Gift Cards) to help with team costs (extra tournaments, added uniforms). Families may choose not to take part but will be responsible for paying the amount owed to the team.

TRAVEL: Diamond Club plays the majority of its tournaments in the metro area, ranging from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. If teams would like to travel a greater distance and it is agreed upon by the team Diamond Club will get you where you want to go. We have sent teams to Omaha, Phoenix, Grand Junction, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Kansas City, Park City and Cooperstown. Player fees mentioned above do not cover any travel related expenses.

PRACTICE: Winter practices will start in November or December depending on each teams coach. These practices will be one night a week for an hour and a half. Team clinics will also be scheduled and run by our Diamond Club staff. Every player should strive to attend all practices. If conflicts arise due to school activities or winter sports programs please communicate with the coach. Players will not be disciplined for being a multi-sport athlete.

Spring practices (outside) will begin when the local cities release the fields for use, usually late April-Early May. Each team will be given a 2 hour time slot twice a week to hold practice. Teams can also have a third night of practice in the facility, if the coach desires. Missing spring practices can result in reduced playing time. Coaches need to be made aware of a player not attending practice at least 1 hour prior to practice beginning.

PARENTS: Communication is the key to a successful season. Parents need to follow the Chain of Commands when communicating. Diamond Club ownership is not the first step of problem solving. In past years, Diamond Club teams that have had the most success are the ones who have parents, players and coaches working toward two common goals: to improve as players and win as a team. Issues outside the fence and at home (undermining what the coach is trying to accomplish), hurts everyone on the team, including the parents.

Through participation in this program, players will learn to compete and develop skill sets that will serve them both on and off the field. Our coaches stress proper fundamentals, team work, discipline, respect and accountability. We expect each of players to Compete, show Courage, have great Character, stay Composed and be a Class act!

Chain of Commands:
Player/ Coach Meeting
Player/Parent/Coach Meeting
Parent/Coach Meeting Player/Parent/Coach/Youth Director Meeting Player/Parent/Coach/Diamond Club Ownership

Youth Tournament teams issues need to be brought to Brad Mulvaney, not the other Diamond Club Owners.
