This one-day event will cover nearly every skill required to play the position at the highest levels utilizing the latest and most effective training protocols used by professional coaches today. Instructional content will include mobility enhancement, stance prescription & stability training, pitch calling, receiving, blocking, throwing, arm care, leadership, tags, and much much more.
This is a cant miss event for serious catchers looking to enhance their physical, perceptual, and cognitive skills. Daily sessions will include catcher specific skill development, leadership training, and a strength & conditioning component. 2 total hours of advanced catcher specific instruction! SPACE IS LIMITED!
